Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is all about optimizing different aspects of your website - landing pages, search ads, website design, content, product graphics, and more to raise the overall conversion rate. In other words, the objective of using CRO is to make the highest percentage of your website visitors complete a desired action or to simply convert.
Analyse/Examine. Identify areas of improvement within the website and work towards matching them with business’s existence, USPs, and goals
Implement. Implement your data-driven CRO strategy on the high-impact pages (Pages that are visited the most) of the website found in step 1
Research. Conduct a market research and develop insights that can be used as the stepping stones of the CRO strategy
Testing. Run A/B or Multivariate test to measure the effectiveness of changes implemented in step 4 and study the viability of the CRO strategy as a whole.
Hypothesis. Construct a hypothesis based on findings in step 1 and step 2 to outline the modifications that can bring about the desired change
Learn/Verify. Conduct a thorough analysis of the results before fueling further optimization efforts.
